Every Mira mirror is made within our workshop in Surat. Design, engineering, production and finishing remain under one roof, allowing the studio to stay close to every decision. Skilled hands and technical precision work side by side, carrying each piece from its first drawing to its final inspection.
Bespoke at Mira goes beyond changing a dimension or finish. A mirror may be developed entirely around a space—its proportions, function and visual character—while remaining true to the studio’s design principles. The result is not a variation made for convenience, but a piece with a clear reason to exist.
Mira works closely with architects and interior designers from the early stages of a project. Ideas are translated into drawings, technical requirements are resolved, and installation is studied before production begins. This exchange allows creative intent and practical execution to remain connected throughout.

Anil Suthar founded Mira in Surat in 2023 after recognising a clear distance between the mirrors architects wanted to specify and what the Indian market offered. He saw room for a studio that could approach the mirror with greater imagination, while understanding the realities of how it would be made and installed. At Mira, Anil leads design direction, new product ideas and the wider course of the brand. His ambition is to change how mirrors are understood within interiors and build an Indian design voice with relevance far beyond India.
